Founded in 2013, Greeny System Corp. is Korea's leading specialist in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and certified data destruction, with 13 years of dedicated experience.

We collect end-of-life servers, HDDs, PCs and network equipment from enterprises, completely destroy the data, restore reusable assets to their full value, and return recyclable materials back into the resource stream. The greenhouse gas reductions generated throughout the entire process are quantified and provided to our clients as ESG disclosure data.

In March 2026 we obtained R2v3 certification — the international standard for electronics reuse and recycling — and, using our proprietary E-Waste Recycling Methodology (MC03-003), became Korea's first to issue and trade Verified Reduction Credits (VRCs) for Scope 3 reductions generated during IT asset disposition.

As of 2026 we are building and developing infrastructure on two axes.
In Smart Eco-Mining, we have entered a strategic alliance with global resource-circulation company Cimelia
and are deploying an AI precision-disassembly line and eco-friendly wet refining equipment at our Gimpo smart factory.
Alongside this, we are developing a DPP (Digital Product Passport) platform and integrated SCM,
building one unified system that manages per-asset history, data destruction certificates, resource-recovery records and carbon-reduction data together.

Our integrated ITAD and Smart Eco-Mining factory, built on core in-house equipment, is scheduled to open within 2026.

We are in a strategic alliance with Cimelia, a global resource-circulation company under a Singapore SGX-listed group. Cimelia operates sites across 8 countries — including the U.S., Germany, Japan and China — and serves clients such as Apple, NVIDIA, Seagate and ByteDance. Together we are building an integrated Korea–China HDD value chain and pursuing rare-earth recovery technology collaboration.
