Yes. All purchased assets are moved to the next stage only after complete data destruction, with an erasure or destruction certificate issued together.

The process runs in three stages: asset valuation → recovered-value calculation → settlement. Either payment to the client or offset against disposal cost is agreed with you. The full process is delivered as a settlement statement.
